Verizon, On August 28Th 2024 I Called Verizon Wireless To Set Up Service For 4 Lines And Two Watches. There Was A Promotion For 4 Brand New Iphone15âs They Were Sent To Us And Received The Next Day I Beleieve. The First Problem I Had Was They Split The Bill Stating Part Of The Phones Were Active The Day I Claled And The Other The Next Dy Which Was To Be On Another Bill. They Did This Before I Ever Even Activated Anything. On August 30Th I Activated All Phone Lines And The Transfer Watch Line I Already Had. I Never Activated The New Watch And Line. The Second I Had Starting That Weekend 8/31 No One Could Call Anyone. The Call Would Go Directly To Voicemail On All Lines. We Couldn;T Call Each Other Nor Could Anyone Call Us. That Took Two Days And Hours On The Phone To Get Rectified. Finally Last Week When The Phones Were Working People Kept Telling Us They Couldnât Hear Us Even On Facetime(Connected To Wi-fi) They Could See Us Talking But Couldnât Hear Us It Was Going In And Out. Finally I Called Them On Tuesday 9/10/24, Explained The Issue And That It Was Happening On All 4 Phones. I Said It Make No Sense But It May Have Been A Bad Batch. The Lady Put A New Order In To Send 4 New Phones And A Label To Send The Others Back. A Half Hour Later I Get An Email I Have To Contact Verizion I Call Them They Say They Have To Verify Itâs Me. I Had To Send Them My License And Bill With My Address On It. I Send Them(Via Portal The Email Me) My License And Currect Home Verizon Bill Same Info I Sent The Week Before. Not Even An Hour Later At 12:59 In The Middle Of A Confernce Call The Call Died. I Get An Email Alert Saying My Service Had Been Temporarily Suspended. Since Iâm On Wifi I Call Via 611 To Be Told After 45 Minutes With The Fraud Dept. That My Service Will Never Be Restored And They Canât Tell Me Why. So Literally Had Service For 11 Days Or 10 1/2. Called Back To Ask Them How They Wanted Their Phones Back Because I Am Not Paying For Them. I Said I Can Drop Them At A Store They Said It Had To Be Sent Back Because They Sent Them. I Told Them Theyâd Better Send Me A Pre-paid Label Because Iâm Not Paying To Send Anything Back, They Then Send Me Back To Fraud Figuring Oh No We Can Fix This And Another Man Told Me The Same Thing. If There Is Fraud On My Account How Have I Been Calling Everyday Since With My Account Pin And Verifying Address, Etc. Trying To See What Iâm Going To Be Billed Because Iâm Not Paying For The Month In Advance They Bill For But No One Can Tell Me Anything. I Told Them This Couldâve Been Very Bad As I Was Home Alone With No Communicaitonm My Daughter Was At School, My Son Was At College And My Mother Was At Doctors. No One Had No Way To Reach Anyone And It Was Terrible. Thankfully I Reached Out To Another Carrier And By 4Pm That Night We Had Phones On Again. Verizon Is The Worst And I Will Tell Anyone Who Will Listen. So Glad The Home Service Has Always Been Great Including Customer Service

Verizon, Why did I switch? I left T-Mobile and switch to Verizon because of their promotions. I bought excuse me I didnât buy it. I traded in a Samsung for a new Samsung and then I got an iPhone 14 for free and I kept my old iPhone 13 so I had three lines my phone stopped working the Samsung had issues. I donât know how many times we had to go back to the store which is over a half hour away And did not get satisfaction and the last time went the store said they were open till seven. I got there at five minutes of seven. They told me they couldnât help me. Does it open till seven so this verbal altercation they threaten to call the cops, I said, go ahead and call the cops and then I went in the next day , someone came out talked with Brent a few times he comes out he goes. Hi how can I help you? He act like he never saw me before and handed him my phone because OK letâs see whatâs going on. He did not mention one thing about what happened last night until I said something that apparently offended him and he told me I need to get rid of my attitude or heâs gonna call the cops or I could just leave and deal with corporate And I think this is absurd my phone for three days Iâve been on the phone with Verizon trying to fix it. Thereâs some issue with the Sim card all these issues. Itâs just unacceptable so I called Verizon and I spoke with somebody headquarters who said that they would send an email to the district office managers Where I purchased my phone which was in Claremont, New Hampshire Verizon on Washington Street and for sure somebody would get back to me what nobody did so apparently youâre lying about your values customer service veteran and suicide issues for me to not have a phone. itâs a death line. I need to have my support and thank God I had somebody here with me during that time. Im not holding my breath on someone getting back to me just putting this out there.

Verizon, Your âcustomer focusedâ approach was sadly missing from my recent experience. I have been a Verizon wireless customer (iPhone & iPad). On August 1st I purchased iPhone 15 & iPad with trade-in of my iPhoneXR & iPad. I also purchased the 5g Net GTWY internet box. It was NOT plug & play and your support team could not get it to work in my house. On August 2nd I returned the Net GTWY box and my old iPhone XRc& iPad for refund. Starting 6 days later I received an e-mail or text saying I will be charged for not returning the products and have received a text or e-mail every other day for over 3 weeks telling me to return my old products otherwise I will be charged. I called the Loyalty Team, which Have been responsive, opened numerous tickets and say theyâve resolved the issues BUT I am still getting the harassing and threatening texts!!!!! This is customer harassment and I need Corporate Sales & Marketing to know about it so no other customer has to endure this and guarantee me I will not continue to be harassed!. It has been VERY stressful for me.
